Return Policy

 

  • To receive a full refund, please ensure your return is shipped within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns shipped within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or an exchange.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Please ensure items are free from stains, odours, or any damage. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

DISCOUNTS / SALES

  • Items purchased with a discount or coupon code are eligible for store credit only. NO REFUNDS.

  • Items with a discount of 20% or more, warehouse sales, pre-orders, personal items (masks, swimwear, underwear, teethers etc.) and customized items are final sale.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Restocking fee of 10% on returns over $75, or a store credit will be issued.

DAMAGES

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48hours so we can make it right for you.

RETURNS

  • To start your return, simply contact us. Please note that items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

  • Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund and the customer will be responsible for all returning shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund, exchange or issue a store credit. 

  • If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.

  • We may monitor return activity and reserve the right to refuse service or returns if unusual patterns or policy abuses are identified.

STORE CREDIT FOR FINAL SALE

  • Store credit issued as an exception for final sale items is limited to one occurrence per customer.

EXCHANGES

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order for your preferred choice.
