Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your orders ready as quickly as possible!

Regular Orders: Processed within 1–5 business days.
Pre-orders: Each one is unique! Please check the specific product description for shipping dates.
Important Note: If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire package will ship together once the pre-order is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

Canada

International Orders

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Duties & Taxes: All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

No PO Boxes: We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
Heavy Orders: If your package is too heavy, a small additional shipping fee may apply.
Shipping Protection: We highly recommend adding protection at checkout. It covers your order up to $300. Without it, we cannot offer refunds or replacements once tracking confirms delivery.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete info. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for both return and redelivery costs.
Refused Parcels: Orders refused at delivery cannot be refunded or reshipped.
